What is CloserGym?

CloserGym is an AI sales roleplay and coaching platform where high-ticket closers and appointment setters practice live voice sales calls against AI prospects and get a scored breakdown of every call.

Who is CloserGym for?

CloserGym is for high-ticket closers, appointment setters, and the sales managers who train them, typically selling offers priced from about $3,000 to $100,000 or more. It works for an individual rep training alone and for a sales team.

Who built CloserGym?

CloserGym was founded by Lane Wright, a high-ticket closer who built it because the only place most reps get to practice a sales call is on a real prospect.

What does CloserGym run on?

CloserGym is a web app. It runs in the browser with a microphone, and there is nothing to install. Signing up and starting a first roleplay takes under two minutes.

What is CloserGym not?

CloserGym is not a dialer, a CRM, or a video course. It is a practice environment: reps rehearse calls against AI prospects before they take the real ones.

What is Live Roleplay?

Live Roleplay is a real-time voice sales call against an AI prospect named Sarah or Mike. Closers run full discovery and closing calls of up to 45 minutes. Setters practice outbound cold calls, inbound booking calls, and triage calls of up to 15 minutes. The prospect interrupts, stalls, and objects the way a real buyer does.

What happens after a roleplay?

After each roleplay CloserGym produces a scorecard. It names the one thing to fix before the next call, says whether the deal was winnable and the exact moment it turned, flags closes that are likely to refund, and quotes the lines from the call that support each point.

What is Objection Sparring?

Objection Sparring is a rapid drill where the AI fires common objections, such as price, timing, and needing to talk to a spouse, so a rep can practice responses on repeat. It is included from the Standard plan, with the hardest difficulty on Pro and above.

What is the AI Script Trainer?

The AI Script Trainer lets a rep or team load their own script, offer, and objection framework, then practice against an AI prospect built around that exact offer. It is included on Pro, Elite, and team plans.

What is Call Analysis?

Call Analysis grades a recording of a real sales call. It scores the call, identifies where it was won or lost, and gives specific coaching. It is included from the Standard plan with a monthly allowance.

Does CloserGym coach reps over time or only per call?

CloserGym carries coaching forward. It tracks the rep's current focus, checks on the next call whether they fixed it, shows score trends, and surfaces the recurring weak areas and close losses worth reviewing. Feedback depth adjusts to the rep's experience level.

How much does CloserGym cost?

CloserGym has three individual plans: Standard at $47, Pro at $97, and Elite at $147 per month. Each is also sold weekly, at $17, $27 and $47 per week, and annually. Team plans start at $147 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum.

Is there a free trial?

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial on monthly billing, so you get full Pro access before you are charged. Weekly and annual billing do not include a trial. There is no free tier.

What do the individual plans include?

Standard: $17 per week or $47 per month, or $397 per year. Includes 20 AI roleplays and 5 call analyses per month. Pro: $27 per week or $97 per month, or $797 per year, with a 7-day free trial on monthly billing. Includes 40 AI roleplays and 10 call analyses per month. Elite: $47 per week or $147 per month, or $1,197 per year. Includes 60 AI roleplays and 20 call analyses per month.

How does team pricing work?

Growth Team is $147 per seat per month or $1,197 per seat per year, with 40 roleplays per rep each month. Scale Team is $197 per seat per month or $1,597 per seat per year, with 60 roleplays per rep each month. Both require at least 5 seats and include a manager dashboard. Teams of 50 or more seats use Enterprise pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Individual plans have no long-term contract and can be cancelled from the account dashboard at any time.

Is usage unlimited?

No. Every plan includes a set number of roleplays per month, and extra credits can be purchased. There is no per-minute billing.

How CloserGym compares

How is CloserGym different from Gong?

Gong records and analyzes real sales calls after they happen, and is sold to large B2B teams. CloserGym is for practicing calls before they happen, and is self-serve for individual reps as well as teams.

How is CloserGym different from Hyperbound, Second Nature, and Kendo AI?

Those platforms are built mainly for company sales teams, usually through a demo and a team contract. CloserGym is built specifically for high-ticket closers and setters, can be used by one rep on a monthly plan, and trains both the closing call and the setting call.

Is AI roleplay better than roleplaying with a manager?

AI roleplay is available at any hour, does not go easy on the rep, and scores every call the same way. Roleplay with a manager is limited by the manager's time. Teams can use CloserGym for the volume of repetitions and save manager time for the calls CloserGym flags as worth reviewing.

Data, privacy, and safety

Is roleplay data used to train AI models?

No. CloserGym uses Google's paid Gemini API, whose terms do not allow prompts and responses to be used to train Google's models. Roleplay audio is processed in real time and is not stored as audio files.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. CloserGym never stores card numbers.

Who can use CloserGym?

CloserGym is for adults. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old when they sign up.
