Call Analysis
Game film for sales. Get data-driven insights and automated QA to level up your sales performance.
If you ask a struggling sales rep why they didn't close a deal, they will always give you an excuse. "The lead was bad." "They had no money." "They weren't the decision maker." But if you actually pull the recording of that call and listen to it, the truth is entirely different. They talked for 80% of the call. They didn't uncover the real pain. They sounded weak when they presented the price. They folded at the first sign of friction. The tape does not lie.
In sports, the greatest athletes in the world spend hours watching game film. Tom Brady didn't just play on Sunday. He spent Monday through Saturday analyzing every single frame of the opposing defense. But in sales? Salespeople just hang up the phone, complain about the lead, and dial the next number, repeating the exact same mistakes over and over again. This is why 80% of reps stay broke while the top 20% make all the money. The top 20% review their tape.
Call Analysis is your personal, AI-powered coach sitting in on every single call you take. You generate the audio, and within minutes, the AI strips away your excuses and gives you the hard data. It tells you your talk-to-listen ratio. If you were speaking 70% of the time during discovery, the AI is going to flag it in bright red. Discovery is about them talking, not you pitching. The system categorizes every question you asked. Did you stick to surface-level logical questions, or did you actually dig down into the emotional pain?
You cannot fix what you do not measure. Call Analysis highlights the exact moments the call went off the rails. It shows you the missed buying signals that flew right over your head. It shows you the exact objection you mishandled. Did the prospect hint that timeline was an issue, and you completely ignored it to talk about your software's features? The AI catches it. It provides a highly tactical post-mortem on why you lost the deal and exactly what you need to say next time to win it.
This is how professionals separate themselves from amateurs. Amateurs guess. Professionals analyze data, make targeted adjustments, and execute. Stop losing deals because you are too arrogant to review your own tape. Let the AI find your blind spots, take the feedback on the chin, get back in the gym to fix it, and go close the next one. With Call Analysis, every failure becomes the exact blueprint for your next victory.
Features
What is Live Roleplay?
Live Roleplay is a real-time voice sales call against an AI prospect named Sarah or Mike. Closers run full discovery and closing calls of up to 45 minutes. Setters practice outbound cold calls, inbound booking calls, and triage calls of up to 15 minutes. The prospect interrupts, stalls, and objects the way a real buyer does.
What happens after a roleplay?
After each roleplay CloserGym produces a scorecard. It names the one thing to fix before the next call, says whether the deal was winnable and the exact moment it turned, flags closes that are likely to refund, and quotes the lines from the call that support each point.
What is Objection Sparring?
Objection Sparring is a rapid drill where the AI fires common objections, such as price, timing, and needing to talk to a spouse, so a rep can practice responses on repeat. It is included from the Standard plan, with the hardest difficulty on Pro and above.
What is the AI Script Trainer?
The AI Script Trainer lets a rep or team load their own script, offer, and objection framework, then practice against an AI prospect built around that exact offer. It is included on Pro, Elite, and team plans.
What is Call Analysis?
Call Analysis grades a recording of a real sales call. It scores the call, identifies where it was won or lost, and gives specific coaching. It is included from the Standard plan with a monthly allowance.
Does CloserGym coach reps over time or only per call?
CloserGym carries coaching forward. It tracks the rep's current focus, checks on the next call whether they fixed it, shows score trends, and surfaces the recurring weak areas and close losses worth reviewing. Feedback depth adjusts to the rep's experience level.
